For example, we collect information when you create an account, generate a roadmap, submit code in Eduvo Forge, upload documents in CV Match, or communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, career goals, learning preferences, code snippets, job descriptions, and PDF resume data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services (generating roadmaps).
- To evaluate code submissions in Eduvo Forge and calculate gamification metrics (XP, streaks).
- To parse and analyze resumes against job descriptions in CV Match.
- To personalize your experience and secure your account.
- To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services (via Google Analytics).
3. AI & Data Processing
Eduvo AI utilizes Google's Gemini AI models to generate content, evaluate code, and match resumes. When you submit a goal, code PR, or resume, that text data is transmitted securely to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your personal data (email, name, resumes) to train public AI models.
4. Data Retention & Third-Party Services
CV Match Data: Resumes uploaded to CV Match are parsed locally in your browser. The extracted text is sent temporarily to our AI provider for analysis. We do not permanently store your PDF files on our servers.
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database services. Their privacy policy governs the secure storage of your account data, saved roadmaps, and Forge activity. Once you leave our site via outbound links (e.g., Coursera, Udemy), we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Eduvo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Educational & AI Disclaimer
Important: The career roadmaps, CV Match scores, and Eduvo Forge code reviews are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy, AI can make mistakes or produce "hallucinations."
This website is for educational and informational purposes only. CV Match scores do not guarantee employment, and Forge AI approvals do not guarantee bug-free code. You should verify course details, prices, and technical logic independently before making financial or career decisions.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Our IP: The Eduvo AI platform, including its original content, features, UI/UX design, algorithms, logic, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Eduvo AI and its licensors.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of the original code, resumes, and data you submit to our platform. By submitting this content to Eduvo Forge or CV Match, you grant us a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to parse, process, and transmit this data through our AI models strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
When using Eduvo Forge, CV Match, or any community features, you agree not to:
- Upload malicious code, malware, or engage in prompt injection attacks against our AI models.
- Upload highly sensitive, classified, or legally protected corporate code into the public Forge.
- Exploit, hack, or artificially manipulate the gamification system (XP, streaks, and leaderboards).
- Submit highly sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) beyond what is standard for a resume.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Eduvo AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
